For a pleasant and affordable getaway, this hotel shines with its friendly staff and a breakfast buffet like no other in Egypt. Relaxing by the stunning pool, coupled with the hotel's proximity to vibrant Naama Bay, makes it a must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable stay.

Had a decent time, but the food was the same every day, and the drinks a bit frustrating. The beach access was a sweet perk though.

the falcon is a nice spot, just a short walk to naama bay and the beach. the pool area was quite relaxing, and i enjoyed the yoga sessions. plus, there's a spa with a turkish bath that was a great way to unwind.

the a/c didn't work too well, so it could be uncomfortable in hotter months.

i almost thought of giving a good review, but then i realized the unhelpful staff kept insisting i pay for a room again. i have never seen such horrible call service, they literally ignore you! the lack of a proper window in room 2303 made it feel like a prison cell. the chaos at the pool during sunset was just too much!

The Standard Double or Twin Room was spacious and had a beautiful view over Gienna City. The cleaning staff, Ahmad and Mohammed, provided exceptional service, keeping the room spotless every day. The animation team organized fun activities for both young and old, enhancing our family experience with trips and entertainment for a great price.

The breakfast buffet could offer more variety.

The facilities overall seem quite dated, especially the standard rooms that often lack basic amenities like kettles or proper windows for natural light and privacy. I also ran into issues with the dining options. the menu was pretty limited, featuring repetitive food choices and the pool often closed too soon for a summer stay, making it frustrating when it felt like there could’ve been more opportunity to enjoy the water. there may be some language barriers at reception which might make check-in a tad confusing, especially if you're trying to clarify services or access to the beach, which, by the way, is only accessible through restricted areas, limiting where you can enjoy the sea.

The staff truly stole the show with their kindness and unwavering support towards all guests' needs. I loved lounging by the beautiful swimming pool, soaking up the sun and enjoying the entertainment activities they organized. Those fresh, made-to-order omelets at breakfast? Pure bliss!

The stay was marked by a pleasant atmosphere and decent amenities, including a pool that provided great relaxation after visits to nearby attractions. The spacious twin room offered a comfortable space, though the Wi-Fi signal was disappointing, frequently cutting out and slowing down. I particularly appreciated the friendly interactions with Mostafa during my time there, making the experience more enjoyable. I'd consider revisiting for a similar experience, despite some minor inconveniences.
